All Saints Episcopal Church Omaha calls interim rector

The Rev. Dr. Darrel D Proffitt

 The Rev. Darrel Proffitt is a graduate of the University of Kansas and Seabury-Western Theological Seminary in Chicago, Illinois. He and his wife Julie have three children and three grandchildren.


Fr. Proffitt began his professional career as an educator in Tecumseh, Kansas, serving as both a Social Studies teacher and department chair. He also coached several sports.


Following seminary, he served parishes in the Dioceses of Chicago, Kansas and Texas as Rector. He retired in 2018 but returned to serve in the Diocese of West Missouri as a supply priest and then to active parish ministry in 2021, serving as an Interim Rector in Spring, Texas.

All Saints Episcopal Church Omaha welcomes Rev. Proffitt and his family.
